Ship is holding firm in heavy seas. 22mph with gusts to 30. Lost all communication for days. Land coming in sight. If we can make it to port before the big storm, we’ll be safe. Our Rocna anchor holds great in this sandy muck bottoms.
Made it. Time really flies by. Seems like only yesterday it was Thursday. Beautiful country up here in Georgian Bay, Ontario. Too bad they have lousy internet and cell service. They do have craft breweries up here so it’s easy to forget about internet, phones and where you moored your boat. Speaking of that — did I mention rocks (in the water) like icebergs. They’re everywhere.
We have a lot of pictures to post but again, the internet is so slow we can’t load them. The sad part is by the time we can load them, we’ll have forgotten where they were taken or what they were supposed to represent.
