So we decided to go back to Georgetown (one of our favorite little towns — it has a restaurant with wood fired pizza). There is a very experienced mechanic there so we’re hopeful he can fix it. It was fortuitous that we stayed at the marina last night because there was quite a nasty storm.
When we stayed here on the 8th, we were sitting in a restaurant (the pizza place of course) and an older gentleman walked over to one of those arcade type machines that you put money in (aren’t they all) and try to win a prize by manipulating a crane. After a few attempts, he was successful. He walked over to our table and said “this is for the lovely lady” I quickly looked around to see who might be sitting behind me when he handed it to Diane. We were both surprised and thanked him. That’s how nice the people around here are.
